As well as creating my own cyanotypes, I love facilitating cyanotype workshops. These workshops invite you to carve yourself out some creative time, experiment with a new process and lose yourself for a couple of hours.

Discover the magic of cyanotype; a beautiful photographic process that uses sunlight to create stunning Prussian blue images. Enjoy access to Fiona’s dried flower and leaf collection to create your very own botanical artworks using this magical process.

No previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity to enjoy trying a new creative process in a friendly and supportive environment. All materials and tools will be provided.

You Will

Experiment with different ways to coat paper in light-sensitive solution
Play with flowers and leaves to create different compositions
Learn exposure techniques using sunlight (weather dependent!) and UV lights
Learn how to rinse and dry your new prints

Workplace Workshops

Our cyanotype workshops offer a chance to step away from the usual workday, try something new and enjoy some quality, creative time together as a team.

Informal, enjoyable and accessible to everyone, the sessions encourage creativity, conversation and connection, with no previous experience needed. Perfect for team days, staff wellbeing, away days or simply a chance to do something a little different together as a social occasion.

Workshops can be run in your workplace, depending on available space, or can be run at a local venue if you’re looking for a reason to step out of the office and take your colleagues away from their desks for a bit!

I also offer 1:1 or 2:1 workshops, for those looking for a quieter, more intimate workshop experience.
